- Engage with international clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage customer interactions
- Contribute to the company's sales and business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Demonstrate convincing skills to effectively present products and services to clients
- Maintain a night shift schedule to cater to international time zones
- Engage in telemarketing activities to generate new leads and prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients
- Demonstrate proficiency in the International Voice Process and client handling
- Exhibit customer service proficiency and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Have basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate various software and CRM systems
- Showcase customer engagement and customer relationship management skills
- Possess sales and business development experience, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
