Genpact is hiring motivated interns to gain hands-on experience on real projects that shape the company's business and industry.

What you'll do

• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze trends
• Support project management activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's in business, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B1)
