Overview

Interview Engineers facilitate technical interviews with software developers worldwide using Karat’s platform and help create more inclusive hiring through objective evaluation.

What you'll do

• Facilitate technical interviews through Karat’s platform.
• Evaluate candidates’ fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, and communication skills.
• Assess knowledge question answers and coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

What you'll need

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Demonstrate excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Have reliable access to a working webcam and microphone.
• Have a stable Internet connection.
• Be able to conduct objective evaluations during interviews.
