• Facilitate technical interviews through Karat’s platform.
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, and communication.
• Evaluate knowledge question answers and coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet.
