IT Business Analyst EDI/Integration

Overview

Hybrid IT Business Analyst role focused on SAP S/4HANA Order Management EDI and system integrations across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

What you'll do

• Act as the SME for SAP S/4HANA Order Management and EDI integrations.
• Lead design, implementation, and support of end-to-end Order-to-Cash integration solutions.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and design scalable integration architectures.
• Manage and support EDI transactions and integrations including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and API-based integrations.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Order Management processes and EDI document types.
• Design, troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve integration failures and transaction errors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP SD/Order Management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP EDI and Integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with EDI IDocs APIs and middleware integration platforms.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
