IT Compliance, Manager

Overview

IT Compliance Manager for Enterprise Software Asset Management (ESAM) and Corporate License Hosting (CLH), running a 24x5 service across regions and managing compliance, renewals, and automation.

What you'll do

• Lead a 14-person team and govern APAC/EMEA/NAMER shift structure, rota, capacity, and succession.
• Own Deal Radar contract integrity and manage contract, renewal, and true-up governance including a 180-day renewal timeline.
• Serve as senior licensing authority for publisher relationships, compliance risk, and audit readiness/defence.
• Run cost avoidance via reclamation programs, automation thresholds, and manage reporting calendars.
• Own M&A software integration program execution and formal handoff.

What you'll need

• 10–14+ years experience in software asset management, software category management, or software procurement.
• 4+ years managing a multi-shift or multi-region operations team.
• Expertise in software licensing models and their compliance implications.
• Experience managing renewal and true-up calendars at scale, including licence-position analysis and shelfware reduction.
• Track record in licence-compliance and audit-defence with evidence discipline.
• Experience running a 24x5 or follow-the-sun service with formal handover controls.
• Proven delivery of cost avoidance through reclamation, right-sizing, and automation.
