Overview
Lead the configuration, enhancement, and operational support of Veeva Vault QMS capabilities. Work with integration, data, and platform teams to deliver compliant, traceable enterprise quality solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead Veeva Vault QMS configuration design and implementation, including workflows, lifecycles, object models, layouts, documents, security, and business rules.
- Partner with integration teams to define and support Veeva integration services (APIs, MuleSoft services, data mappings, event handling, authentication, and error management).
- Translate business/quality requirements into Vault QMS configurations supporting deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, complaints, and quality events.
- Provide hands-on configuration across Vault objects, fields, layouts, and object relationships.
- Support release deployments, migration packages, and environment configuration management for Vault.
- Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, integration, and data issues across development, test, validation, and production environments.
- Build and support data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake, including monitoring and operational support.
What you'll need
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise application configuration, quality systems implementation, integration services, or regulated technology delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS configuration and Veeva Vault administration/release configuration.
- Experience delivering integration services and API-enabled solutions using MuleSoft or equivalent platforms.
- Experience supporting regulated change control, testing, validation documentation, and production sustainment for GxP systems.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and end-to-end integration testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Hands-on experience configuring Vault workflows/lifecycle states and security models (roles/permissions/sharing).
