QA Lead (Copado Robotic testing)

Overview

QA Lead for Salesforce testing and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), owning end-to-end quality engineering and release testing across enterprise Salesforce and its integrated ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce applications and integrated ecosystem to ensure high-quality releases.
• Define and drive test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting across releases.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead manual testing covering business processes, workflows, validations, security, and user experience.
• Adopt and implement Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for Salesforce test automation and maintain automated suites.
• Drive integration and end-to-end testing across Salesforce and enterprise platforms including MuleSoft APIs and Databricks.
• Establish defect management, quality gates, release-readiness criteria, and support post-production hypercare.

What you'll need

• 9–13 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading QA activities for large-scale enterprise applications and complex releases.
• Strong experience in Salesforce functional and manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for Salesforce test automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations, including MuleSoft APIs and REST/SOAP services.
