Overview

Lead a team of testing professionals to define and deliver test strategy and quality assurance for software applications, combining manual and automated testing.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications
• Lead a team of testing professionals to execute test cases and scenarios effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define testing objectives
• Perform manual and automated testing activities to validate software functionality and performance
• Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects in a timely manner
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in application testing to enhance testing processes and methodologies

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Masters in Software Engineering
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• Hexawise Test Professional Certification
• ISTQB Certified Tester
• Selenium Basics certification
