Job description
Overview
Lead and mentor Quality Engineering teams and drive automation-first testing practices across Salesforce platforms, working on a 2 to 11 PM IST shift.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Quality Engineering teams across multiple projects and initiatives
- Drive automation-first testing practices using Provar for Salesforce platforms
- Define and implement QE strategies aligned with Agile and CI/CD delivery models
- Oversee test planning, automation coverage, regression strategy, and release readiness
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams during backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Establish and improve QE governance, standards, and best practices
- Support modernization initiatives including shift-left testing and SDLC/PDLC process improvements
- Ensure proper requirements traceability and defect management practices
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance management of QE team members
- Partner with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Provide delivery metrics, defect analytics, and executive-level reporting
- Support regulated/GxP validation processes where applicable
