Software QA Lead (Level IV)

Overview

Lead Software QA Engineer (Level IV) on a team developing and testing power generation control systems with web and mobile remote monitoring and control.

What you'll do

• Develop new system features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 2, C, and C++ on Linux.
• Contribute to integrated solutions combining embedded and server-based software for power generation control.
• Write code for new applications, enhancements, and fixes to web and mobile applications.
• Provide support across teams to solve complex technical problems and define design solutions.
• Drive, review, and participate in defining system requirements for future products and features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Use technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 2, C, and C++ on Linux.
• Work on integrated embedded and server-based software systems.
• Produce well written technical design documentation and maintain technical docs.
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers and engineering staff.
