QA Lead Engineer

Overview

Lead automation engineering role focused on designing scalable test automation and AI-augmented testing for enterprise applications across web, mobile, API, and desktop environments.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications.
• Define end-to-end automation strategies for enterprise-scale applications.
• Build reusable automation scripts with Playwright or Selenium using Python or Java.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze failures and collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects.
• Prototype AI/ML-driven testing use cases and report automation metrics.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software test automation experience.
• 6+ years of experience with AI-augmented testing tools.
• Strong Python and/or Java programming skills.
• Expert-level Playwright and Python scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and LambdaTest or BrowserStack.
• Experience with REST Assured, Postman, Swagger, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with ORPOS, the retail domain, or digital testing.
• Consulting experience.
