Overview

Specialist role in IT Infrastructure & Operations, independently handling more complex technical tasks to keep IT infrastructure efficient, secure and reliable.

What you'll do

• Independently install and configure hardware and software.
• Perform intermediate-level network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to senior staff.
• Maintain technical documentation and update inventory records.
• Execute scheduled backup and recovery procedures.
• Perform regular security audits and other monitoring activities.
• Conduct routine server maintenance tasks.
• Implement minor system enhancements to improve performance.
• Provide direct technical support to users for common issues.
• Participate in team projects, contributing with insights and technical support.

What you'll need

• Intermediate technical support: proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving more complex IT issues.
• Advanced hardware installation: ability to manage more advanced hardware setup and configuration.
• Software deployment: experience in deploying and configuring software applications.
• System monitoring: skill in monitoring and reporting on system performance and health.
• Backup and recovery: ability to execute and verify backup and recovery procedures.
• Network troubleshooting: competence in identifying and addressing network-related issues.
• Security monitoring: enhanced vigilance and practice in security monitoring activities.
• Documentation and reporting: advanced skills in maintaining accurate records and technical documentation.

• Location: Pune, India (Smartworks).
