IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager

Overview

As an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager, you will undertake specialized tasks to maintain and improve technology infrastructure, enhancing system reliability, security and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Independently install, configure and optimize advanced hardware and software systems.
• Resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
• Oversee system performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain and enhance comprehensive technical documentation and inventory systems.
• Design and execute advanced backup and recovery operations.
• Lead security implementation and compliance efforts.
• Manage server maintenance, including capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Assess, recommend and deploy critical system upgrades and solutions.
• Offer expert-level support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead and participate in significant infrastructure projects and innovations.
