About the Job
We are hiring an experienced IT Sales Lead & Manager to drive sales and revenue growth across Cloud, Hosting, SaaS, and Software solutions, including Microsoft Office 365, Zoho, Google Workspace, VPS/Dedicated Servers, Cloud Infrastructure, and Managed IT Services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of subscription-based IT products, and hands-on experience in B2B and channel sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, services, etc.)
- Present, promote, and sell IT products/services to prospective and existing customers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales or B2B sales
- Basic understanding of IT products and services (software, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Licensing, cloud, SaaS, web/app development, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud solutions, or digital services
- Prior experience in lead generation and account management
