About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative IT services and solutions to a diverse range of clients. As an IT Sales Executive, you will leverage your strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and sales acumen to identify and convert new business opportunities, ensuring the long-term success and growth of our company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their IT services needs and requirements
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with tailored solutions that address their IT challenges
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales and business development strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to enhance your sales approach

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field
  • Strong understanding of IT services and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Proficient in English with the ability to communicate fluently
  • Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results
