Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our EdTech platforms, web applications, mobile apps (Android & iOS), and custom software solutions. This role involves end-to-end B2B sales including lead generation, client meetings, product demos, proposal management, and deal closure.
The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, client interaction, and technology-based selling while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in EdTech and IT sectors
- Target schools, colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and corporates
- Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, networking, email campaigns, and referrals
2. Field Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct on-site client visits and meetings
- Build relationships with decision-makers (Directors, Principals, IT Heads)
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Plan and execute daily/weekly visit schedules
3. Product Demonstration & Solution Selling
- Present LMS, ERP systems, mobile apps, and custom software solutions
- Explain technical features in simple business terms
- Customize solutions based on client needs
4. Sales Conversion & Closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
5. Client Relationship Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Handle queries and maintain long-term relationships
6. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales pipeline
- Update CRM regularly and submit reports
7. Market Research
- Track competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Provide insights for product and strategy improvement

Technical Skills:
