About the Job

We’re looking for an ambitious IT Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting interest into long-term customer relationships. This is a Full-time role with Hybrid work flexibility, designed for someone who enjoys building pipeline, managing sales processes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll represent our IT services with confidence—using strong communication, active listening, and a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend the right solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold calling and lead qualification to opportunity follow-up and closing.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach, relationship management, and scheduled customer touchpoints.
• Deliver IT services presentations and product/service explanations tailored to each prospect’s requirements.
• Use structured IT Sales & Process Management practices to track leads, activities, and deal status in line with team targets.
• Listen carefully to customer goals and pain points to recommend solutions that create measurable value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals, documentation, and delivery expectations align with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate reporting and forecast updates to support planning and performance management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proven experience in Cold Calling and Sales and Business Development.
• Strong COMMUNICATION skills, including confidence in discovery conversations and objection handling.
• Excellent Good Listening Skills with a consultative mindset.
• Comfort with IT Services concepts and the ability to explain technical offerings in plain language.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales processes effectively—planning outreach, following up, and tracking progress.
