IT Security Engineering Manager

Overview

Manage IT security engineering activities to protect systems and information, maintain security requirements, and improve security practices across the organization. The role reports to the Director, Information Security.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation of security solutions and controls.
• Develop and improve IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance and address identified risks and gaps.
• Define and maintain secure configuration standards.
• Assess security risks and investigate security issues.
• Support security awareness and information security governance.
• Improve security processes and support cross-functional projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk, or a related field.
• Understanding of information security principles, frameworks, standards, and regulations.
• Experience leading a team with direct reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

• Salary: EUR 5,100–6,800 gross per month.
