Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, and developer workflows, with strong ownership and hands-on incident and detection work.

What you'll do

• Lead and operate vulnerability management across infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
• Build and mature SIEM/XDR capabilities, including log ingestion and detection rule development.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and drive root-cause fixes.
• Design detection strategies for suspicious activity, including data exfiltration patterns.
• Conduct threat modeling exercises and security design reviews to identify risks early.
• Harden cloud and CI/CD systems and improve dependency and container supply chain risk controls.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in security, software, or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud-based production systems.
• Experience contributing to threat modeling and security design reviews.
• Strong hands-on vulnerability management experience (scanning, triage, validation, remediation coordination, verification).
• Experience with SIEM platforms such as Wazuh, Splunk, or ELK.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes infrastructure security.
• Ability to investigate issues using logs, cloud tooling, and system-level data.
