Team Lead - Security Analyst

Overview

You will lead the Security Analyst team in India, managing day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) operations and guiding analysts across alert triage, threat monitoring, and incident response.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the India-based Security Analyst team.
• Own SOC operations and coverage for cloud environments.
• Run monitoring, triage, escalation workflows, and incident handling.
• Define and maintain SOC operational processes, shift schedules, and runbooks.
• Oversee alert triage quality and incident investigation/response guidance.
• Define, track, and report SOC metrics and SLAs (e.g., time-to-triage, time-to-respond, false-positive rates).
• Partner with security engineering and detection engineering on detections, tooling, and automation improvements.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of security operations/SOC analysis experience.
• 2-3 years leading or managing a team of security analysts.
• Hands-on multi-cloud security monitoring, alert triage, and incident response (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with cloud-native applications/workloads (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, SaaS) and related telemetry.
• People-leadership experience including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and 24/7 or follow-the-sun operations.
• Knowledge of SOC tooling (cloud-native SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and logging/monitoring).
• Familiarity with threat frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK (including ATT&CK Cloud matrices).
