Overview

Security Operations Specialist (CSIRT) responsible for second-line triage and incident response, building detection/automation capabilities, and supporting emerging Web3 launches.

What you'll do

• Own second-line triage and response for security alerts.
• Lead incident management through resolution and drive post-incident improvements.
• Build and maintain runbooks for repeatable response patterns and implement automation to reduce manual work.
• Develop monitoring strategies with Security Operations teams based on attacker investigation findings.
• Drive security monitoring and incident response for emerging Web3 product launches.
• Strengthen team capabilities through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and 24/7 rotational coverage across time zones.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on security operations experience including incident response and alert triage.
• Experience with network/host forensics across cloud, SaaS, and container environments.
• Ability to identify detection gaps and build coverage across diverse log sources.
• Scripting automation proficiency using Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and Windows/Linux/macOS operating systems.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and threat intelligence tooling, including tuning alerts and improving signal-to-noise.

• Annual base salary range: ₹2,755,300 to ₹2,755,300 INR.
