Information Technology Support Executive

We are looking for the one who can handle inbound/outbound support calls and provide technical assistance to customers. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada and capable of resolving basic technical issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend incoming support calls and assist users with technical issues
• Provide voice-based technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems remotely
• Log, track, and update tickets in the support system
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Provide clear explanations and guidance to customers in Kannada
• Explain basic concepts in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner based on the child's learning pace.
• Assist with daily homework, assignments, and school projects.
• Prepare and conduct revision sessions to reinforce classroom learning.
• Monitor the child's academic progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
• Encourage good study habits, discipline, and effective time management.
• Improve the child's reading, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare simple worksheets, quizzes, and learning activities to enhance understanding.
• Create a positive, patient, and motivating learning environment to build confidence.
• Communicate the child's progress and learning challenges to parents or guardians regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory fluency in Kannada (speaking is a must)
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in shifts and handle call volumes
• Basic understanding of ticketing tools

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and internet troubleshooting
• Experience in a technical support or call center role
• Ability to speak English or Hindi (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of primary school subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach and mentor children with patience and encouragement.
• Basic computer knowledge for online learning support and educational activities.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in voice support / IT support
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
