Java Fullstack Developer

Overview

Develop and support full-stack applications as an intermediate Applications Development Programmer Analyst, contributing to system enhancements, programming, testing, integrations, and issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Develop and enhance application systems using Java and related technologies.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
• Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Test, debug, and resolve application problems.
• Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on programming solutions.
• Support frontend applications and integrate them with REST APIs.
• Advise or coach new or lower-level analysts.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and MyBatis.
• Experience with Angular 16+ or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services domain.
• Exposure to Kafka, event streaming, Redis, OpenShift, or AI Copilot integrations.
