Junior AI Specialist

Overview

Junior AI Specialist focused on designing, developing, and integrating AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize NLP models for text processing, classification, and information extraction.
• Automate data processing and generate actionable insights to support decision-making workflows.
• Build scalable data pipelines for ML workflows using DBT, Snowflake, and Airflow.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Deploy and monitor models in production, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Document processes, models, and workflows to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python with libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch, plus SpaCy/NLTK/HuggingFace.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and SQL.
• Experience with DBT, Snowflake, and Airflow.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
