Junior Engineer/ Engineer - Field Quality (VB)

Overview

Junior engineer role in field quality, performing developmental tests, inspections, root cause analysis and audits in line with KONE quality and environmental policies.

What you'll do

• Document, analyze, perform and interpret developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components according to quality policies and procedures.
• Perform product and process inspections as directed.
• Write reports regarding quality measurements and inspections, and record inspection results.
• Communicate with the Quality Engineer and Production Supervisor on quality issues and continuous improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis as necessary to support the KONE Corrective Action Program.
• Perform auditing activities across the full chain, including customer service, engineering, manufacturing and logistics.
• Know, respect and make others respect the KONE Quality and Environmental Policy.
• Comply with all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Comply with all KONE environmental aspects.
• Know all significant environmental aspects that contribute to the carbon footprint, and support the achievement of related goals.
