Lab Data Analyst

Overview

Lab Data Analyst role supporting Laboratory Data Management (LDM) activities for awarded studies and meeting external client data reporting needs.

What you'll do

• Perform or support Python programming activities for study requirements and ad-hoc projects.
• Create and/or review laboratory data management documents.
• Develop and maintain LDM communications and working relationships and provide backup for other Data Team Leads.
• Manage data transmission quality checks and ensure accuracy and completeness before transmission.
• Record evidence of the data transmission process from data file definition to study closure.
• Serve as Local/External Lab Lead for global studies and act as primary local contact for customers and site monitors.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Management and SAS Programming.
• Basic knowledge of SAS Programming and Data Management procedures.
• For Local Lab/External Lab role: additional 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Attention to detail to anticipate, address, and/or escalate issues.
• Customer-focused communication skills for customer management and guidance.
• Good project and task management capability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements including FDA, ICH, ISO HL7, and GLP.

• Local/External Lab role includes managing delivery through the full data management study life-cycle from setup to lock.
