Launch Planning Manager

Overview

Launch Planning Manager to manage innovative pharmaceutical assets in an incubation cluster, driving the product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization for Gastroenterology therapy assets.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap for innovative asset(s).
• Lead market research to identify market needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee product lifecycle planning, development, launch, and post-launch management.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including pricing, distribution, and market access plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align product development and commercialization strategies.
• Track product performance and market feedback to adjust strategy using data.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years of core marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s in a STEM area and an MBA from a reputed (Tier 1) university.
• Track record of launching and building innovative products.
• Experience preferred in Gastroenterology therapy area.
• Strong analytical and deep problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex innovations into compelling marketing narratives.
