What you'll do

• Collaborate with a feature team to develop and refine the development roadmap, vision, and strategy.
• Oversee the feature lifecycle from specification writing to launching core features.
• Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting.
• Implement player-focused improvements, in-game events, and sales/campaign initiatives.
• Prioritize player experience and align development decisions with target audience needs.
• Manage and analyze game and market metrics to produce actionable insights.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
• Ability to interpret data and market trends to guide decision-making amid ambiguity.
• Understanding of player behavior and user experience to connect player needs to product and company goals.
• Skills in managing backlogs and setting goals to achieve high-quality results.
• Track record of mentoring and empowering others, even without direct authority.

• Work schedule overlap: regular daily overlap from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST for U.S. team alignment, plus ramp-up daytime availability around 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST with flexibility.
