Paid Social Specialist (Contract)

Overview

Paid Social Specialist (Contract) to grow paid social acquisition for TechnologyAdvice’s B2B technology brands across multiple platforms. You’ll own campaign execution and partner cross-functionally to improve performance through testing and optimization.

What you'll do

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, plus other platforms.
• Develop campaign structures aligned to business objectives, audience intent, and platform best practices.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and campaign delivery to maximize ROAS.
• Design and execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign objectives.
• Continuously optimize campaigns using performance trends, audience behavior, and business goals.
• Explore targeting and audience strategies (including first-party and lookalikes) to improve lead quality.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, especially Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience optimizing meaningful budgets toward business outcomes like ROAS, qualified leads, pipeline, or revenue.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience development, bidding, creative testing, and attribution.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and produce actionable recommendations.
• Available to work U.S. business hours.
