Overview
Game Data Analyst role focused on LiveOps events, feature launches, and content updates using dashboards and KPI tracking.
What you'll do
- Define datasets to enable data-driven decisions for LiveOps events and feature launches.
- Track KPIs such as DAU, retention, churn, ARPU, and session metrics.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on player behavior, performance, engagement, and revenue trends.
- Run A/B testing to support player engagement and revenue generation.
- Detect patterns, anomalies, and trends in player behavior and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to produce clear, accurate dashboards.
- Identify purchase funnel drop-offs and payment failures to reduce losses.
- Prepare quarterly and yearly licensing reports and streaming cost reporting for maps played.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working on live products, mobile games, or digital services (plus).
- 3+ years of experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to Hive DB, file formats, and data flow pipelines.
- Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation.
- 3+ years of experience with Databricks and Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
Nice to have
- Experience working on live products, mobile games, or digital services.
