Data Analyst, Labs

Overview

Data Analyst position for DoorDash Labs, focused on bringing insights and measurement to robotics, automation, and last-mile logistics improvements.

What you'll do

• Own analytics and insights across multiple technical and product areas.
• Make sure data is structured to measure business and product performance.
• Define strategies for commercial, operations, and autonomy insights to drive product improvements.
• Work with product management and stakeholders to deliver measurable data solutions.
• Create high-value visualizations and dashboards from data.
• Act as the primary analytics partner for engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with databases including Redshift, Oracle, Trino, or Snowflake (or similar systems).
• SQL expertise and experience with multiple data visualization/business intelligence tools.
• Some experience with Python (or similar) to build ETL pipelines.
• Ability to define metrics and KPIs and ensure data is structured for reporting and deeper analytics.
