Data Analyst III

Overview

Data Analyst III role focused on developing and maintaining complex reports, dashboards, and data models to support leadership decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead development and maintenance of complex reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Apply quantitative analysis and data mining to deliver actionable analytics and insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and present findings to senior management.
• Independently manage and coordinate data analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Participate in internal data product lifecycle activities from requirements to post-launch optimization.
• Identify and raise awareness of data quality, integrity, and accessibility issues and report data discrepancies.
• Mentor and review junior data analysts to promote best practices and technical skills.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with a track record of leading data projects.
• SQL skills including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and CTEs.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations in an enterprise BI platform such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookup/index-match, conditional logic, data cleanup).
• Familiarity with a modern data warehouse or lakehouse such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Ability to profile datasets, identify anomalies and gaps, reconcile figures across sources, and document assumptions and limitations.
