Overview

Data Analyst – Consultant/Senior Consultant (Formulary & Payer Access Analytics) supporting data-driven decision-making for formulary and payer access.

What you'll do

• Extract, analyze, and validate formulary and access data from MMIT.
• Track coverage, tier placement, and utilization management restrictions across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels.
• Analyze payer/PBM formulary decisions and competitive access positioning.
• Build and leverage AI to present KPIs and analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis products.
• Improve data quality and apply data governance best practices while creating data products.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Life Sciences) or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in pharma market access, payer analytics, formulary/access data analysis, or a similar role.
• Hands-on working experience with MMIT datasets/platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; Databricks experience is preferable.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense).
• Leverage AI in day-to-day work, including documenting processes and automating repetitive tasks.
