Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager at Blink Health, owning product strategy and execution for challenging problems across global healthcare products.

What you'll do

• Drive product strategy and roadmapping for assigned product areas.
• Plan and execute rapid testing, research, experimentation, and analysis.
• Own release planning and guide delivery from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operators.
• Develop strategic solutions and refine them through execution cycles.
• Become an expert in pharmacy systems and customers to improve outcomes.

What you'll need

• Have 6+ years as a product manager with consumer and/or platform experience.
• Demonstrate delivering multiple successful products from 0 to 1 to n.
• Use growth/engagement/success metrics tied to past products.
• Apply experimentation practices and use key results to drive strategy.
• Work effectively through complexity with influence and decision-making.
• Prefer an engineering background/skills and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Hold a BE/B Tech degree; MBA or computer science degree preferred.
