Director, Product Management - Integrations

Overview

Director of Product Management for Okta’s integration ecosystem, responsible for product strategy and leading a PM team to evolve Okta-built integrations across product lines.

What you'll do

• Own product vision, strategy, and growth for Okta built integrations.
• Gather partner/customer feature asks and pain points into requirements.
• Develop roadmaps with tradeoffs and prioritize highest-value work.
• Create and validate product hypotheses at low cost.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and drive adoption of integration enhancements.
• Define and communicate product requirements to engineering (features, UX, technical specs).

What you'll need

• 10+ years of technology product management experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS products.
• Experience building or managing partner joining/engagement user experience on an enterprise platform.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Track record owning and delivering large strategic projects.
• Demonstrated business results from shipped products, features, or capabilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week).
