Senior Product Manager, Data Platform

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Okta’s Data Platform, focused on evolving data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics capabilities.

What you'll do

• Own the long-term product vision and strategy for the data platform.
• Design an API strategy and developer tooling framework for secure data consumption.
• Collaborate with India-based engineering teams on data pipeline and architecture improvements.
• Translate complex, cross-functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze large-scale product data and identity logs to improve platform performance and UX.
• Validate assumptions using low-cost hypotheses and rigorous experiments.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for data platform capabilities.

What you'll need

• 4-5+ years of product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS or core software infrastructure.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to create actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across global functions and time zones.
• Proven business results from platform capabilities or shipped products at scale.
