Senior Product Manager, Warranty

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Porch Group’s Home Services Group Warranty team in India (remote).

What you'll do

• Define product vision, strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Translate customer/partner/operational/compliance/business needs into prioritized product requirements.
• Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional delivery through launch and optimization.
• Use data, customer research, user feedback, and competitive insights to improve product performance.
• Manage third-party platform vendors and integration partners to expand product capabilities.
• Develop solutions supporting go-to-market, partner enablement, revenue growth, and re-engagement.
• Communicate product vision and lead through influence with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and partners.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Deep expertise in areas such as policy management, claims, payments, CRM platforms, or complex operational systems.
• Strong analytical skills using data, customer insights, and product performance metrics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Experience delivering products at scale and driving measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, ROI, operational efficiency).
• Ability to lead through influence and build stakeholder alignment across product and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
