Staff Product Designer

Overview

Staff Product Designer to design product experiences for Auth0’s dashboard, universal login, and developer experiences in a security domain.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for Auth0’s Dashboard, Universal Login, and developer experiences.
• Lead strategic initiatives with product managers and engineering leads to define roadmaps and shape product direction.
• Create pixel-perfect interfaces focused on visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility.
• Prototype and validate ideas through iteration, user research, and data.
• Evolve the design system with patterns that scale across Auth0 and Okta.
• Mentor designers and raise the bar for craft and process across the team.
• Represent user needs in a security-focused domain where clarity builds trust.

What you'll need

• 7+ years designing digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and systems thinking.
• Experience simplifying complex, multi-step workflows while preserving power and flexibility.
• Strong prototyping skills in Figma (or similar tools).
• Comfort with code-based prototypes.
• Research fluency, including knowing when to run usability tests and review analytics.
• Clear communication that influences stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
