UX Designer - LoanIQ

Overview

UX Designer role focused on conceiving, designing, prototyping, and (where applicable) testing user experiences within Finastra’s AI COE for LoanIQ-related work.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements, customer needs, and technology constraints into user-centered design solutions.
• Define personas and create journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes for hand-off to development.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on findings and feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Communicate design recommendations clearly and invite stakeholder feedback.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience.
• LoanIQ experience is advantageous.
• Experience designing UI interaction flows and interfaces for LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with UX/UI prototyping tools such as Axure and InVision.
• Ability to work within technical, business, time, or other constraints.
• Ability to present and communicate recommendations and designs.
