Overview

Product Designer (UX/UI) to help design user-experience-led features for PayPay applications and merchant tools.

What you'll do

• Partner with engineers, product managers, and senior designers to create and improve features.
• Design end-to-end UX/UI for the PayPay application and app/web tools for merchants.
• Create UX flows and UI designs grounded in concepts and requirements.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research using questionnaires and interviews.
• Analyze findings and suggest improvements using numerical analysis tools.
• Work with teams to commit to projects from UX design through UI design.

What you'll need

• 6-10 years of hands-on professional experience in mobile app (iOS/Android) UX/UI design.
• Experience using Figma for UX/UI design.
• Experience using Adobe for UX/UI design.
• Hands-on experience in product release, effectiveness measurement, and product improvement.
• Experience in using PayPay or a similar application.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using HCD (Human Centered Design) and design thinking.
• Experience managing in-house services.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM-based tools in daily workflows with human oversight.
