Staff Product Designer

Overview

Staff Product Designer responsible for high-quality UX/UI designs for financial products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and effective.

What you'll do

• Define and execute design strategies aligned to user needs and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution.
• Run advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate designs.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Mentor junior designers and guide delivery through the design process.

What you'll need

• 3+ years in a senior product design role focused on UX, with experience leading impactful projects.
• Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Experience designing responsive, adaptive mobile and web experiences.
• Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
• Figma mastery including auto layout, design tokens, component variants, interactive prototypes, and scalable design libraries.
