UI/ UX Expert - Performance Analytics & Reporting

Overview

Own end-to-end UI/UX design for digital products and features, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Mentor junior team members and influence design decisions across the organization.

What you'll do

• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design user flows and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
• Partner with product managers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Work with developers to support accurate design implementation.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders using clear rationale and data.
• Contribute to product and design strategy at feature and roadmap level.

What you'll need

• Senior Analyst-level UI/UX expertise.
• Experience with end-to-end digital product and feature design.
• Ability to understand user behavior and define interaction models.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Skills in analytical thinking and statistical analysis.
• Alteryx skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting design reviews and iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Experience using product analytics to improve user experience.
• Knowledge of brand awareness, business networking, digital marketing, media campaigns, and process documentation.
