Overview
UI/UX Designer responsible for creating intuitive, accessible experiences across ServiceNow enterprise workflows. This hands-on individual contributor role covers research, interaction design, prototyping, usability validation, and collaboration through implementation.
What you'll do
- Design experiences for ServiceNow workspaces, Employee Center, portals, mobile, Virtual Agent, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Create user flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Conduct user interviews, workflow observation, journey mapping, usability testing, and design workshops.
- Translate user and stakeholder feedback into experience requirements and recommendations.
- Apply UX standards, design-system components, accessibility requirements, and reusable patterns.
- Collaborate with product, business, architecture, and development teams through implementation.
- Review implemented experiences and support usability validation before and after release.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of professional UX, UI, product, interaction, or digital experience design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design, technology, psychology, or information field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and delivered digital experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, or comparable design and prototyping tools.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, or design workshops.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, inclusive design, and WCAG principles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile or iterative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for ServiceNow or another enterprise workflow, CRM, case-management, or low-code platform.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow UI Builder, Configurable Workspace, Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, mobile, or Now Assist.
- Experience creating journey maps, personas, service blueprints, or workflow diagrams.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern front-end concepts.
