Staff UX Designer

Overview

Staff UX Designer responsible for improving usability and the overall digital experience for a OneTrust product offering, and supporting deliverables for other modules.

What you'll do

• Create UX deliverables across the full design process (information architecture, interface design, interaction design, prototypes).
• Collect and analyze UX metrics to inform user experience decisions.
• Identify, define, and promote UX best practices, including templates.
• Act as a UX advocate within the organization.
• Serve as a guide and mentor to junior designers.
• Improve usability, design, and digital experience for OneTrust product offerings.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience with the full product design process from research to rollout.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design process capabilities.
• Experience with design tools including Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• High proficiency in at least one UX area (research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design).
• Experience designing web-based applications.
• Scrum certification.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Office-first: three days a week in office for most roles.
