Lead Product Designer

Overview

Lead the product design of Mindtickle's content platform, defining the experience for AI content creation workflows and governance across enablement admin and seller personas.

What you'll do

• Bring coherence to content platform workflows, unifying AI content creation workflows and governance into one delightful experience for customers.
• Define the user experience from concept to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
• Design scalable, AI-enhanced, enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
• Create frameworks and patterns that enable consistent visualization approaches across feature areas and user journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
• Keep up to date on industry trends in design and AI.
• Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
• Experience with designing AI products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strategically builds consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Manages project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
• Good understanding of design systems and UI libraries, and knowledge of how to build with these.
• Navigates ambiguity and incomplete information confidently.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools such as Claude Design, Figma Make etc.
