Overview
Own end-to-end design for the seller's daily experience in Mindtickle's AI-first revenue enablement platform, where sellers prepare for meetings, run deals, and stay engaged with buyers.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for the seller's daily experience, from problem framing and research through prototypes, high-fidelity design, and post-launch iteration.
- Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan that product and engineering can act on.
- Design AI-native experiences where recommended practice and training, generated content, and conversational interfaces earn the seller's trust and leave them in control.
- Design for multiple roles looking at the same account (enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers), each seeing what they need.
- Create patterns and frameworks that keep experiences consistent across surfaces and channels, and contribute them back to the design system.
- Use research and product data to make decisions, and measure the impact of your work after launch.
- Make judgment calls on scope, quality, and speed, and negotiate them openly with your partners.
What you'll need
- 5+ years designing complex products, mostly in B2B SaaS.
- Shipped work on AI-powered products, showing how you handled uncertainty, errors, and user trust.
- Experience designing workflow-heavy tools for professionals.
- A portfolio that shows your thinking: the problem, the options you rejected, and why.
- Strong interaction and visual craft, and fluency in working with design systems and UI libraries.
- Systems thinking: you design the underlying model before the screens.
- You prototype to think, in Figma and AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design or Figma Make.
- Comfortable with incomplete information and able to bring a team to a decision.
- A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered.
