Senior Product Designer (Secrets Manager)

Overview

Senior Product Designer for designing and iterating product experiences for Bitwarden’s platform.

What you'll do

• Research, design, and iterate concepts for new and existing product experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs for developer execution.
• Design and prototype user-centric solutions across desktop, mobile, web, and browser extension.
• Conduct and moderate customer and user feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to facilitate critique sessions with stakeholders.
• Partner across teams to identify opportunities for continuous UX improvement.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in product design or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate designs via sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools (primarily Figma).
• Experience planning and executing comprehensive user research and testing cycles.
• Technical design expertise in designing systems and applying systems thinking.
• Demonstrated experience influencing leadership using data and user feedback.
