UI Designer

Overview

UI Designer to create modern, intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for WIN’s web and mobile products, partnering with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Design high-quality UI for web and mobile products.
• Translate UX wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into polished UI and interactive prototypes.
• Create mockups, layouts, components, and visual prototypes to communicate the intended experience.
• Use AI-powered tools for design references, exploring directions, and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers from concept to production.
• Build and maintain reusable components, design systems, visual guidelines, and UI patterns.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in UI Design/Visual/Product Design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality UI work across web and/or mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with design/prototyping collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for inspiration, exploration, concept generation, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, hierarchy, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
