Product UX Designer - Interaction Design

Overview

Product UX Designer focused on interaction design for data-dense web applications and websites.

What you'll do

• Create end-user interactions and an overall experience for web users.
• Improve UX by suggesting simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling interactions.
• Develop and execute standard usability testing plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and target users to bring together product design.
• Oversee user interface and customer-experience design for key web applications.
• Use a data-driven approach for presenting design solutions and evolve design systems.

What you'll need

• Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Uizard).
• Familiarity with AI copiloting/code-generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) for UX-related drafting and exploration.
• Understanding of AI-driven UX research/analytics tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting AI, Hotjar AI, FigJam AI).
• Ability to apply AI-based accessibility checkers for validating WCAG compliance.
